Cancellations:

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to accommodate all our guests effectively, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation policies:

Cancellations or rescheduling for consultations and haircut reservations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

For extension-related reservations and reservations exceeding 2 hours, please provide seven (7) business days' notice.
No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling without the required advance notice will incur a 100% service fee charge.
