Refund Policy

Consultation refunds

We understand plans can change. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your consultation, we’re happy to refund your payment upon request, less a processing fee of 5% of your original payment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

Other reservations and purchases

Except for consultation refunds described above, all sales are final. Retainers, deposits, and products are nonrefundable, except as required by law or salon cancellation. (If the salon approves a discretionary exception refund, a 5% administration fee of the original payment will be deducted.)
