Our services
Zoya Salon provides consultations, hair extensions, toppers, and mesh integration services. Recommendations are personalized to your hair, goals, and service needs. Please review your service details and price when booking. Future website price changes do not change an already agreed price.
Consultation cancellations and refunds
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your consultation, your payment is refundable upon request, less a processing fee of 5% of the original payment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed consultations are nonrefundable. The processing fee is deducted from a qualifying refund; it is not an extra booking charge.
Other reservations and purchases
Other services follow our reservation and refund policies. The consultation refund rule above is an exception to our general refund policy. Refunds required by law and refunds when the salon cancels remain unaffected.
Personalized hair solutions
Our services are cosmetic, not medical treatment. A consultation does not diagnose the cause of hair loss or promise hair regrowth. Results and maintenance needs vary by guest and service.
