POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOW:

 

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to accommodate all our guests effectively, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation policies:

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling for consultations and haircut reservations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

  • For extension-related reservations and reservations exceeding 2 hours, please provide seven (7) business days' notice.

  • No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling without the required advance notice will incur a 100% service fee charge.

SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

 

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or extensions, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
