CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOW:
Please note that we do require 48 hours (2) business days for color appointments and (7) business days for extension and keratin treatment related appointment advance notice for canceling or rescheduling. Any appointments canceled over the time requirements or those who do not show will be charged 100% of the service fee.
SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or extensions, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
